My name is Judi Yapias (she/her), owner of Adlawan Counseling. I am a Filipina-Peruvian therapist with a hope to support humans seeking mental health guidance.

A little bit of what clients should expect:

At Adlawan Counseling, clients come to me with things that might be heavy on their mind - whether it be BIG feelings, interpersonal struggles, or wanting to better understand themselves.

I support clients by sharing the knowledge I have accumulated from grad school, my trainings, readings, and lived experiences. Together, we come up with therapeutic goals and figure out how my training can best support you.
