My name is Judi Yapias (she/her), owner of Adlawan Counseling, and I am a Filipina-Peruvian board-certified Licensed Professional Counselor. I specialize in intergenerational trauma and understanding how trauma affects the body and your relationships. Whether you may be experiencing BIG feelings, interpersonal struggles, or wanting to better understand yourself, I am here to support you using a collaborative approach.

We’ll work on building trust between your thoughts and feelings by exploring your emotions and identifying any survival patterns that may be influencing your current relationships and experiences.
